No commitment is made that every feature or service will remain available without interruption.

Ravivion is intended only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using the application, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including any content you submit, share, save, or organize.

The following conduct is not permitted:

• Use of the platform for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes

The Ravivion platform, including its design, branding, software, text, and underlying materials, is owned by the developer or used with permission.

Copying, distributing, modifying, reverse engineering, extracting source code, or creating derivative works from the Service is prohibited unless we give written authorization or the law clearly allows it.

This limitation includes, without limitation, any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, opportunity, or business continuity.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded, it will be limited to the smallest amount permitted by applicable law.

We may pause, restrict, or end access to the Service at any time, with or without prior notice, when we believe it is necessary to protect the platform, users, or legal interests.

This action may follow suspected misuse, policy violations, security concerns, or operational needs.

You may stop using Ravivion whenever you choose. Ending your own use does not remove obligations that should reasonably survive, such as ownership, liability, or misuse provisions.

These Terms may be revised from time to time to reflect product changes, legal developments, or operational needs.

When revisions are posted, they become part of the governing agreement from the date shown or from another effective date we identify.
