1. Data Collection

Depending on how you use Ravivion, the app may receive several kinds of information. That can include:

• Account or profile details such as a display name, email address, or profile content you choose to add.
• User content including posts, saves, captions, collections, and other inspiration you submit.
• Device and technical details like device model, operating system version, app identifiers, and diagnostic logs.
• Usage data such as pages viewed, taps, browsing patterns, and feature interaction.

Some analytics, crash reporting, or infrastructure tools used by the app may process limited technical data in the background. If permissions are requested for optional features, they will be limited to the function being performed. For example, access to photos is only relevant when you choose to upload media. Ravivion does not need contacts to work, and location access is not required for ordinary use unless a future feature clearly depends on it.

2. Data Usage

Information gathered through the app is used to operate the service, show content, keep collections organized, and improve the browsing experience. We may also use it to:

• deliver core app features and maintain user accounts;
• personalize feeds, recommendations, and saved content organization;
• analyze performance, fix bugs, and reduce misuse or fraud;
• send service messages or important account notices;
• support limited marketing or promotional efforts, if enabled by you or permitted by law.

Where third parties help with analytics, hosting, or app operations, they may process information only as needed to provide those services. Ravivion does not sell personal information as a business model.

3. Data Storage & Security

Data may be stored on secure servers managed by our hosting and service providers, as well as on your device where the app cache or local preferences are kept. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to reduce unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

No system is perfectly sealed. Even so, access is restricted to people or providers who need it for operating Ravivion, maintaining the service, or meeting legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type: content and account records are kept while your account remains active or as needed for service, legal, or operational reasons; logs and diagnostic material are generally kept for a shorter period unless a longer hold is necessary.

4. Third-Party Services

Ravivion may rely on external providers for hosting, analytics, security monitoring, content delivery, crash diagnostics, or other operational functions. These providers may receive limited information in order to run the service correctly.

Their own handling of information is governed by their policies and contractual obligations. We aim to work with providers that support reasonable privacy and security practices, but their independent tools and systems are separate from Ravivion’s internal controls.

5. User Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over the information associated with your account. Those rights may include:

• requesting access to the information we hold about you;
• asking us to correct inaccurate or incomplete details;
• requesting deletion of your account or certain information, subject to legal limits;
• opting out of certain tracking, analytics, or marketing activities where applicable;
• requesting a copy of eligible personal data in a portable format, when available.

6. Children's Privacy

Ravivion is designed for adults and is not intended for anyone under 18 years old. We do not knowingly gather personal information from minors. If we learn that a child under 18 has provided information, we will take steps to remove it in line with applicable law.

The app is not directed to children as defined under COPPA, and it should not be used by users who are below the age threshold set for this service.

This document may change over time as Ravivion evolves, laws shift, or our operations change. When updates are made, the revised version will be posted here with a new effective date. If a change is material, we may also provide notice through the app or by email when appropriate.
